Successful candidates will be customer-focused with excellent organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Preference will be given to those with previous Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning or Flood & Fire Damage Restoration experience, but anyone with a willingness and desire to be part of our exciting team will be considered. Must be in good physical condition, have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a clean background check.

The Cleaning Technician will work to exceed expectations providing professional Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning and Furnace Duct Cleaning services for commercial and residential clients. Technicians must establish client’s faith and trust in their professionalism, expertise and knowlege in their field. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Technicians will be responsible for working efficiently to meet schedule requirements, preparing invoices, collecting payment and remitting to the office, maintenance of company vehicles, tools, equipment and the shop area. Periodic after-hours and weekend work will be required to serve commercial clients.
The Restoration Technician will work in the “Disaster Clean-up” field and will display courtesy, compassion and professionalism with those clients who have experienced property loss through flood or fire damage. Technicians must establish client’s faith and trust in their expertise and knowledge in their field. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Technicians will be highly organized, documenting site conditions and working with clients, insurance professionals and their team to establish a course of action to meet each job’s unique requirements. Emergency response to flood and fire damage will require Technicians to be available for rotating On-Call schedules. Call-out bonuses are provided. Travel and out-of-town stays may be periodically required. Technicians will be responsible for working efficiently to meet schedule requirements, maintenance of company vehicles, tools, equipment and the shop area.
On-site work will include:
- evaluating and documenting damage and communicating findings to clients and insurance professionals
- removal of damaged flooring, structural material (wallboard, drywall etc.), counters, cabinets, or fixtures
- packing, careful handling, moving of customer’s contents
- using professional expertise, tools and solutions for cleaning, deodorizing and/or restoring contents and structure
- using professional expertise, tools, equipment and procedures to ensure the health and safety of building occupants and co-workers and to keep further damage from occurring
